Shopping at Zohaib Hassan is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your pick size etc. and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

Currently, we do not offer same day delivery.
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.
Our team at Zohaib Hassan has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
The base currency that we use on our website are PKR or USD; however you have an option of switching the currency to British Pound, Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Euro, etc after discussing your order
Within 48 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 48 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Please note that, orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 48 hours.
